Long Beach dental and orthodontic is highly recommended. This is my second time here with them because I lost my retainer. My experience here is amazing. Dr.Park is always welcoming and making sure we are well taken care of. To follow, I always have Cuco changing my rubber bands each month and he is very gentle and always on point when it comes to each visit. I love coming each month I don’t want my braces to come to an end. Customer service here is the best and 5+ stars here!!! The office is clean and they are well organized. Lastly, the pricing is great and affordable they assist to fit your budget

I have been coming to this dentist for three years now and I have nothing but great remarks about this office. The staff is kind and friendly and they try their best to be efficient with as many people as they have checked in every time I get a checklist and a game plan of how we are going to go about my x-rays and work that needs to be done. I appreciate the thoroughness and attention to detail.

First of all I want to thank all the staff at this facility for being extremely nice, professional and overall amazing people. Dr. Park is an amazing orthodontist, from the start of my braces treatment he has explain each step of the process and has made my smile amazing. I'm not even half way my treatment and I can already see the amazing results. I can't wait to see my smile when my treatment is done! I am so thankful with Mr. Park for helping me have the smile I always dreamed of. His team members are all amazing, and I truly appreciate Mr. Cuco. He always makes my monthly appointments so relaxing and always makes sure that all my wires are in there place, thank you very much for that! Mr. Sam is also an amazing team member! He is always very professional and always happy to answer any of my treatment questions. Ms. Veronica always make me feel welcome and make my appointment experience much nicer. She is always helping me book my appointment around my busy work schedule. Ms. Claudia from the insurance credit was so professional and friendly, she gave me different insurance options and helped me choose the one that worked best for my needs. Overall, I love their services, always feel welcome and well taken care of. I would highly recommend them to my family, friends and anyone that is in search for an orthodontist or a Dentist for any of their dental needs. Thank you very much for all you do.

I had a bad experience here today with the office manager. She was very rude unprofessional. She told me to leave a review, it wouldn't matter because. They have hundreds of clients that go here and one bad review wont matter.And yes I did get out of character with her. I was explaining that I had a bad experience here with a orthodontist a few years back. He's not working there anymore. But her response was well why would you come back here than. I was like wow maybe because I'm not here to see the ortho and plus he don't work here. She said you should not of came back. Alot more was said all because I did want to get my daughter braces. I feel like they push there orthodontist service on you at every visit.

Dr.PARK and Cuco and the whole team did great with my entire family’s braces. Very straight forward and honest service and my whole family’s teeth look wonderful. Thank you so much to the whole braces team. I couldn’t be more satisfied

I have been a patient at this orthodontic office for several years and am currently undergoing my second course of braces treatment here. Dr. Park is highly knowledgeable and always ensures that my treatment is done thoroughly and correctly. Cuco is an outstanding member of the orthodontic team and is usually the one working directly on my teeth. He is professional, gentle, and attentive, which always makes my visits comfortable. Dr park was amazing during my entire braces experience. My teeth came out amazing and every time I come in, he always remembers me and my twins. Sam was so nice and gentle. Very welcoming and accommodating. Overall great experience.

This is top tier the best dental office and team I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Fuller and her team are truly amazing. I have always hated going to the dentist since I was a teenager and had my wisdom teeth pulled. Since then it took me nearly 25+ years to find my way back in the chair. The kindness, the positive energy, and the willingness to help bring back a perfect smile makes this clinic so good. I had a chipped front tooth for 25 years cause I was too scared to go…afraid of the potential pain. I rather had given a half smile to hide the chip than sit in the chair! Dr Fuller ensured I was in good hands and restored it, returning a smile I haven’t seen since I was in my 20s! I also love how she coaches her staff, you can tell they appreciate her and her professionalism. Big thank you, to you all. 😬

If you go at least make sure you get the same Doctor. Everytime I'd go it was a different Doctor. Now I know better. The main doctor took my wisdom teeth out and left a piece of it, saying that it's a normal thing they do for different reasons but I know it was because they were in a hurry. (That piece eventually moved and broke the root of my molar) They weren't expecting a longer wait time for me to get numb. They do back to back appointments and don't leave much room for interuptions. They just wanna make money. I had stitches to close my wound and when I came back to remove them they left a piece of stitch. I didn't notice till a day or two after. I went back because I was getting an infection and they said that the black string was part of my flesh that was healing. They gave me strong antibiotics that ruined my stomach. They also missed telling me that I had a cavity. The cavity got bigger and my tooth died. I went back to ask for a free root canal but the main Doctor said no. They should've fixed it. I had to go to a different dentist to get that inch long string out of my mouth. The staff is great but the leadership is not. Don't waste your time.
