I first met William on a Holiday weekend when NOBODY was answering the phone, and we had a complete breakdown. William got us up and running with a fried board in the basement. Then many other trips and repairs until I bought a new 5th Wheel. The "dealer" and "manufacturer" said everything was plug and plan. This is obviously a lightly used term. The point is that I can assure you after hours and hours and hours on hold and getting the run-a-round most technicians would have quit. William continued, without my knowledge and without payment, for weeks he has worked on this and today just sent me pictures from my rig saying, "I got everything working from your control panel" This was no small task, and he figured it out. William is a highly skilled technician that does continuous improvement in his field constantly, he is very smart with everything RV, but also Electricity and Motors, Hydraulics, you name it the guy does not get stumped. I truly appreciate you William and am Grateful that I have you to take care of us. I will be a Referral for anyone who wants to call feel free to give them my phone number. I would highly recommend Lone Star Services for any RV needs! We've been having AC issues and William gave me a lot of helpful information over the phone. William and his son ended up coming out the next day to diagnose and repair the problem. They were quick and efficient. We'd use them again if in the area.

Bo is a very standup man (and his son). Genuine, down to earth and no BS. Tell you what you need to know so you can make the most informed decision. Rv repair techs are pretty incredible when you think about it- they have to know all trades- electric, plumbing, carpentry, tech, etc. and they know all these very well. Where I am most impressed with this company, is their humbleness, attentiveness, and dedication to doing “the right thing”. They have taken care of so many people over the years and doing great work.

So thankful for Lone Star Services. My daughter lives in an RV for college. Although she has learned to do a lot on her own electrical work was outside of her wheel house. One call to Lone Star Services & she was given exact direction on how to do the repair over the phone on a Sunday!! He spoke to her with respect & dignity. Gave her the information she needed to do the repair & got everything back up & going. For a Mom 3hrs away I now know to call Lone Star for any RV needs she has! Thank you Boe!!

William and his son are very well versed professionals who have years of experience in the industry. They are prompt with answering calls especially when its an emergency situation, quick in diagnosing the issue and fix in a timely manner with zero issues. I absolutely love the level of detail they provide when they find the issue and fully explain the reason and fix. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who are needing RV service. They will be my go to from here forward.

I found Lone Star Services about a year ago. Since then William and his son has been my go-to all things RV repairs. They replaced our RV roof, and helped troubleshoot and replace a water pump. Very respectful, responsive and quick. I highly recommend them!

Had black smoke coming from furnace exhaust. Called William at Lone Star Services. He came within an hour. Determined that the furnace needed to be removed and serviced. He returned it 2 days later. Working perfect!! Thanks William

The A/C in our RV stopped working while set up on a long weekend. Did I mention it was during the hottest weather of the year? The folks at the park we were at recommended William as a repair tech. I called in the morning and William and his son were out at my camp site in the early afternoon. In no time my a/c was up and running better than before. William and will are fantastic. We have had our travel trailer looked at by two other companies on the road as we were losing our trailer brakes. William and Will worked methodically and found what is most certainly the issue for us (we haven't yet left yet they looked over every possible issue and found the issue at our brakes).
