Christian is awesome. He helped me via a phone call initially no charge to figure out I had run my heater wasn’t working because I’d run out of propane. I was so impressed with his willingness to help, and his personable care. After this call, I set up an appointment to have him come inspect my new-to-me RV. He was fast, competent, and helpful to figure out what things I need to tweak and watch for to keep us safe. Thank you!! I had reached out to other mobile rv repair/inspectors in the past and had no response. This was awesome to get such quick help!

Christian, the owner, was very helpful taking care of my RV furnace issue that I had. He was very polite and knowable for the brand of furnace I had. The prices were a little spendy, but he rushed out to my location, which was 22 miles from his location. Thumbs up to him. Regards

I had a water leak and a water pump that wasn’t popping water. I had called four different mobile RV mechanics and couldn’t get anyone out in less than a week by luck. I found Lonestar RV I told Christian what all the symptoms were what it was doing he asked me no questions And he said I’ll be there as soon as I can get there. Christian was a lifesaver. I happen to have a water pump on hand and Kristen found out what the problem was replaced the water pump but everything’s totally good right now. I would not hesitate for an instant to call him back if I needed help. Very highly recommended.

He fit us into his schedule quick. I contacted multiple people and he was the only one that responded! He Came out and gave good info and was honest about what we needed to do. Didn’t try and make a quick buck. We Would use him again in the future.

The entire HVAC unit suddenly quit working, the rig is out of Manf. Warranty and we weren't exactly sure what was wrong. Called several other techs to come out and there was a long wait list and most had very high call out rates and wanted payment up front. When I explained to Chris the situation, he came the very next day, inspected the unit and found that that the HVAC unit was improperly wired going to the thermostat(only 2 wires when there should have been 4), Chris took pictures. Extended warranty wouldn't cover it because it was a Manf. Defect, so Chris tried getting anyone from PUMA to talk to him and as y'all know that's almost impossible, together we finally got to the right people (Engineer and Gretchen in warranty dept.) , Chris was trying to get schematics of the wiring, he worked with the engineer who sent him the specs which confirmed his suspicion on the wiring. Gretchen in warranty wasn't wanting to cover it despite it being a Manf. Issue, eventually after several emails she agreed to allow the work to be done with PUMA picking up the bill for it. Chris was extremely professional, responds very quickly to texts, phone calls and emails from me and PUMA. Once everything was finalized with PUMA Chris came right out the next day for the unit properly wired and running, from what I understand (from my son) it's running great, as a matter of fact he said he woke up sweating 😂. I highly recommend Chris, very easy and fair person to work with. I appreciate everything you did for my son and his unit. Will use again if the need arises.

We contacted Christian to help us get our A/C, furnace and thermostat to work in our 5th wheel trailer again. Our water heater tank cracked along two welds and caused a crazy leak. That is when the thermostat quit working and consequently the A/C and furnace would not work. We decided to switch to a tankless water heater and Christian assisted me in getting that installed and powered up. Ultimately, we ended up running a new power line to the water heater and pig tailing new power to the thermostat to power up the furnace and A/C unit. Christian made a quick assessment of the situation and worked with precision and skill. It was obvious that he knows what he is doing. We would highly recommend Christian for any RV repairs you may need. Gary and Michelle Pleasant Grove, Utah

Let me just start with the fact that Christian is a great person to work with. Communicative, and detail oriented, something the entire RV industry could learn from. Today he concluded the inspection on a BRAND new trailer I am still considering. He found several defects even after the dealer pre-delivery inspection. What he found would embarrass me as an owner/operator of a dealer. 1) Microwave didn't work 2) Bathroom trim loose 3) Bathroom surround caulk voids 4) Loose electrical junction connections 5) Roof bubbles in the seal due to lack of extraction of air when applying the roof seal (potential deal breaker) 6) Entrance steps causing the main door to not seal properly 7) Inconsistent operation of the on demand water heater 8) Sewer hose missing brace causing severe vibration down the road This was the list he shared with me verbally when we debriefed. He will send me the comprehensive report tomorrow. When meeting with the dealer again and based on their readiness to resolve these issues will determine me moving forward with the purchase. I plan to also name the dealer in my review to warn or encourage others for or against doing business with said dealership. My review of the dealer will depend on their willingness to correct these defects. As far as Christian is concerned, he has done an outstanding job at protecting my interests as a potential buyer and I would fully endorse anyone hiring him for the same service.

Christian helped us figure out our problem. He even taught us about our new RV and things to watch out for during our travels. He was honest, trustworthy, and had a great sense of humor keeping our spirits up during the entire time he worked on it. I highly recommend him for emergency needs. He will definitely guide you through the issues and get you back in the road. So if your traveling or living near the Salt Lake City area or in Springville (where we were) I highly recommend. Christian is very personable and trustworthy.
