Victor is a magician! I first met him when I had a busted pipe. Instead of just carving up my wall, he looked around and noticed that there was a vent he did the vent and it was a fake vent, which gave him access into the pipe area saved me thousands not having to open up the wall! I next used him to install a water heater, And again the outcome was absolutely absolutely outstanding! I've had no problems with it since then. And then use Victor on a remodel and he's supervise the people that cracked my basement to bury pipes and then did a spectacular job of connecting up all the plumbing and appliances. Recently, I had him over to fix another leak and within 20 minutes he had it pretty well had diagnosed & had it Imagine handled. He is deeply talented, easy to work with, very bright, and financially he is very reasonable. I can't recommend him enough!
