Awful customer service! They no call, no show on the first appointment for warranty work. When the (very nice) tech came out, he said it would take about 2 weeks to get the part in. No problem! After 3 weeks I called to get an update on the part and could not get anyone to return my call. After about 4 more calls and a text later, I got a call this morning saying my warranty claim had been canceled because they did not like how I handled the situation. I admit, I was not happy that I couldn't even get a response in 5 weeks! All it would have taken was a phone call to let me know what was going on! That's it! Communication!! I highly recommend using a different company. There are plenty of other companies that are professional and will keep the customer in the loop of what is going on! *UPDATE* Yes they did reply back that the part was back ordered...TODAY!!! That was the ONLY time they responded...5 weeks later! Then they said the claim was canceled because of "the way I handled the situation"!! Simple communication would have solved all of the issues outside of the actual part not being available! Im not even upset about that part! Do Better!!!

Lone Star Services was my assigned to warranty repair service for my Frigidaire refrigerator after the previous service company failed miserably. They responded quickly their technician WT arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He told me up front the part would take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Once received WT had the part installed and the refrigerator back working. He gave me some good advice about not overloading the unit for a few days. All in all a great experience from start to finish.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had, avoid this company at all costs. I've been waiting over two months to get my fridge repaired. While the technician seemed knowledgeable during the first visit, it turned out to be misleading. He missed issues that should have been diagnosed initially and later admitted, "I guess I missed it the first time." Parts supposedly took over a month to arrive, and my appointments have been rescheduled more times than I can count. The technician has been at my house 3 times, and after spending a pretty penny and over 2 months later, my Fridge is still not working!! This has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. If I could give them -5 stars, I would. I do not recommend them at all.

Both Josh and WT were amazing in helping get my appliances set up. WT came out to give me an honest opinion on what needed to happen pre-install, and Josh came and worked until the late evening to make sure I got what was promised. I am now a long term customer!

The service man was efficient, fast and knowledgeable. But Lone Star only comes out to Cleveland on Mondays. They had to order a part. I was without a dishwasher for 5 weeks. Order slow coming and say if part came on Tuesday, then had to wait till the next Monday for installation. Very frustrating.

Horrible company, horrible customer satisfaction, Guarantee. This company was called in through our home warranty . A ticket was opened in July. Parts weren’t ordered till August. October finally called me to install the part at that time Their service was no longer needed. The people in the office are kind however they are uninformed and not caring about customer service. Will never use them again. We paid them a total of $90 and no service was ever provided to us.

Wish i could like 0 stars. Has fransico out to diagnose. Said i needed a new rotor and stator. I told him i can get them thru maytag warranty. He said to text him when parts arrived. I did so. And called the office 4 days later not hearing when an appt would be. Darlene in the office said ‘i’m gunna beat him’. She gets me scheduled in a few days bc of the holiday (labor day) he comes out and opens the box i received in the mail. He changes the part. He does a drain/spin cycle that works. Takes my money and runs out the door. Well i go to do a wash cycle and my washer is still clunking and squealing. Of course this is after 430 so i have to call back the next morning. I request a different tech. Darlene said ok friday. Friday am i call because i never got an appt time on thursday. She said of no youre on monday bc you wanted a diff technician. So monday comes. Cesar says only the stator was fixed. Not rotor and stator like fransico said he did. Now cesar says i need a new clutch too. I told him about the water underneath it after fransico left. He said there’s always water in it. I called warranty to find out why i only got 1 part. Other was backordered yet fransico said he had the parts needed to fix my machine. He didnt tell me only 1 piece was in the box. I called the office after cesar left to let them now how their employees were acting. Spoke with nicole she said she would call me back before the end of day (4pm) after she spoke to the office manager. She never called. I called on thurs and spoke to office manager darlene. She had no idea about my issues. I guess nicole never reported them. Darlene said she would call me back sometime after she spoke to owner. Its now tues and nothing from this company. So i called another company for a second opinion and right away was told all the black stuff was water mixed with grease from a leak into the gear case. Fixing the rotor/stator/clutch would not help. Neither fransico or cesar said anything about a leak. This company took $250 from me. Wonder if they will finally call me back after this review…

WT was great. He was prompt and answered all of my questions. He fixed the leak in my refrigerator water line (movers had only hand tightened the line), and hooked up my washer and dryer with new lines. For once I was happy to be able to do laundry again.

Did not do a total assessment on what the problem/s was with my washer. Spend 220.00 only to find out it didn't repair my issue only to come back a second time and now says it's another issue also. So instead of putting the 220 to purchase a new machine I wasted 220. Also, technician left machine out of the spot and forgot to turn the water back on. Will never use again.
