Awful customer service! They no call, no show on the first appointment for warranty work. When the (very nice) tech came out, he said it would take about 2 weeks to get the part in. No problem! After 3 weeks I called to get an update on the part and could not get anyone to return my call. After about 4 more calls and a text later, I got a call this morning saying my warranty claim had been canceled because they did not like how I handled the situation. I admit, I was not happy that I couldn't even get a response in 5 weeks! All it would have taken was a phone call to let me know what was going on! That's it! Communication!! I highly recommend using a different company. There are plenty of other companies that are professional and will keep the customer in the loop of what is going on!

Yes they did reply back that the part was back ordered...TODAY!!! That was the ONLY time they responded...5 weeks later! Then they said the claim was canceled because of "the way I handled the situation"!! Simple communication would have solved all of the issues outside of the actual part not being available! Im not even upset about that part! Do Better!!!
