Lone Palm Fishing

WOW! One of the best days I’ve ever had. Special thanks to Jim for making that happen. We booked the 12 hour - Gulf-stream trip for Father’s Day Weekend and there was times I wish it wouldn’t have ended. Starting early in the morning, we traveled out and had bait in water around 8am. As soon as we stop, we see action out in the water and first fish was in the boat not even 30 minutes later. At one point, we had two fish on at the same time! We set the boat record for Kingfish, go see if you can beat it!!! About the Captain - Jim knew where he was going and what he was doing! Him and I talked for hours while traveling. Just a great guy and makes the trip enjoyable. Very transparent and knowledgeable. 12/10 would recommend!

Highly recommend Lone Palm Fishing for all your fishing charters. Captain Jim and first mate Aiden were fantastic. Super professional, knowledgeable, and fun! We did a 6 hour trip on their very spacious center console that got us out to the fishing grounds quickly and safely. They not only got us on some fish but taught us all about techniques and equipment. I will definitely book with Lone Palm Fishing again!

Had a great day fishing with Jim today! We took the entire family (5) some experienced fishermen and some not but Jim and his mate made one of the most memorable trips we have ever had. We caught lots of fish, had lots of laughs and made memories that will last a lifetime. So wether you have fished down here before or it’s your first time.. I highly recommend Lone Palm Fishing

This was an amazing trip and some of the best deep sea fishing we have ever done. We started off trying to troll for Mahi Mahi and Black fin Tuna. They didn't fully cooperate but we were able to catch a few of each. Captain James did his best to locate them. After the Barracuda and Amber Jack started biting we moved on to bottom fishing and really had the action. We caught everything from a 6-7 foot Dusky shark, scamp grouper, hog nose snapper, Vermilion snapper, multiple Amber Jacks, strawberry grouper, porgy, almaco jack and a few more that I can't remember their names. We had multiple fish break the line or get off without us being able to identify them as well. All in all the golf stream is an action packed trip and I highly recommend it! I read reviews and researched Lone Palm Fishing before booking and others experiences helped me make my decision. I know where I'll be going in the future and I hope this review helps future fishermen too.

We had a blast!. I told capt jim exactly what I wanted to do witch was to put my son and my buddy on some wahoo or tuna and jim went to every length to make it happen!. Exceptional guy and captain If you want to hit the Gulfstream or anything in between jim and lone palm fishing are the goto people highly recommend and we will be fishing with jim again. Thanks again capt for an awesome experience!.

Best charter trip I’ve ever been on, relaxed, confident, and very knowledgeable Captain. As a Local and restaurant owner #RussellsSeafoodGrill there isn’t a different charter I would recommend in the area!

I cannot recommend Captain Jim Herren of Lone Palm Fishing enough! He has the best knowledge, equipment and boat and always puts me on the fish! I am a very experienced fisherman and have fished with well-known Captains all around the country and none of them hold a candle to Capt Jim! Grouper, Snapper, Wahoo, Tuna, Mahi, Cobia, Sailfish and more, sometimes all in the same day! He will always lead you to the best bite and knows the spots that will produce big fish! I cannot give him enough stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is not enough! I have been able to charter several trips with him and have never been disappointed!

Great time fishing with Lone Palm! The boat is a comfortable ride and gets to the fish fast. Jim put us on fish right away. We caught fish that we had never even heard of before. It's an extraordinary experience to feel the sudden hook up of a huge fish from deep down below the boat. When we got back Jake made quick and professional work of filleting our catch for us. A day spent on the water with Lone Palm will be a memory that will last forever.

Capt Jim delivered exactly what I had hoped for on a sporty half day offshore trip. Bent rods until our arms hurt and brought home some Cobia for dinner!

Enjoyed a 12 hour Gulf Stream trip. It was worth it! We were 2 for 4 on some nice Wahoo, 1 for 2 on sailfish and 2 for 2 on some decent mahi. Captain knew where to go and had us on fish right up until the time we came in. The boat provided plenty of space and was a comfortable ride. The captain and mate enjoyed the fishing as much as us and were knowledgeable and pleasant to fish with. I would recommend getting out to blue water with captain James.
