amazing customer service. i’m new to the locks in this country and my front door wouldn’t lock. he gave me help over the phone/whatsapp without me needing to have someone drive over or pay anything. the best experience especially at almost midnight! i would’ve had to pay so much money having my landlord send someone down so this was amazing!! really funny guy too

They secured the property 🔐for me and changed the locks within two hours of me first calling them and were brilliant and so kind dealing with someone still in shock.
