From start to finish, the team was reliable, efficient, and extremely hard-working. I have never experienced a service like this before with other traders. The standard of workmanship was excellent, particularly the carpentry and painting, which was finished to a very high level of detail and quality. Valon’s team worked quickly without ever compromising on standards, and it was clear they took real pride in their work. Valon also goes above and beyond, helping us with picking up materials, install furnishings to ensuring we got good service/value for third party contracted works. For that we are deeply grateful to Valon. Communication was straightforward and professional throughout the project, and any issues were dealt with promptly. The site was kept well organised, and progress was consistently strong. Timelines wise for the bulk of the entire works it took from Easter to October. I would highly recommend Valon and London Dream Lofts to anyone looking for skilled builders who work fast, work hard, and deliver excellent results.

We had London Dreams Loft renovate our small under stairs toilet and do some exterior work on our home — and the experience was fantastic. After a letdown with previous builders, Valon and his team were a complete game changer. Everything was done quickly, smoothly, and to a high standard. No surprises, great communication, and they even left the place spotless afterward. Highly recommend them for quality work!

Endrit, Valon and their team provided a great reliable service. We went with them after recommendation from a neighbour and a competitive quote. They completed a loft and rear extension for us under a time constraint and were quick and efficient. They checked in regularly onsite and were always available to deal with any issues. Endrit’s responsiveness and communication meant alot to us and made us feel supported throughout the process. The rest of the team were also skilled and professional. Overall we are very happy with their work and the final outcome.

We cannot recommend Dream Lofts enough! We have renovated our house in three phases, and the other two builders were so awful we were a bit terrified about starting the loft, but our neighbours glowing review meant we gave Dream Lofts a try and are so glad we did. They did an amazing job of our loft which is tricky as it has lots of angles, and did it really quickly - only 6 weeks despite being over summer when people are away. But the main thing was just how lovely they were to work with. Endrit and Valon were always contactable, were on site daily to look at progress and answer any questions, and were very solutions orientated. Small things I would mention, like capping the chimneys or building some more unique features to suit us (or event for our cat!), they took our ideas seriously and just got it done with no fuss. They had a competitive price, and were very transparent on any upgrades we might want, like different tiles, windows etc. All the guys on site were so lovely, polite, and took care to be as clean in the rest of the house as possible. I always felt they were on our side and just wanted us to have a build without worries and a final result we are happy with which is exactly what we have. Thank you guys - thoroughly recommend - and almost a bit sad we have no more renovation to do so we can’t contact them again now we have finally found someone good!

We had numerous builders over to provide quotes and we are very thankful we chose to work with London Dream Lofts for our extension. Endrit and his team worked incredibly fast, within set budget and to a very high standard. Our rear single storey 3m extension and renovation only took 3 months to complete and Endrit organised everything for us. Demolition, clearing, build and renovation. We were particularly impressed with the carpenter they used for our kitchen and flooring install! Very pleased with the finished work.

I absolutely cannot recommend London Dream Lofts enough. I found out about Dream Lofts from a referral from a friend in Walthamstow - he was in the trade business himself and recommended them highly after a great job renovating their home. We had our mid-terraced loft in Walthamstow converted into 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. It was quite remarkable how quickly they were able to do the job. Endrit and Valon were always there and Endrit would reply to my messages or phone calls quite literally 24/7. All of his team were friendly and polite and worked VERY hard. From the tiling to the plastering everyone he used was top quality. We have had a lot of work done on our house and found Endrit’s team above and beyond anyone else we have worked with. The pricing was fair and there were no real surprises. I actually found Endrit to be fair throughout the entire process. If anything went wrong, or needed changing or was outside of the contract the outcome was always fair for both parties. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be getting more work done with them as continue to renovate our home. Thanks for everything Endrit, Valon and team!

Fair Pricing Reliable Professional High Quality and Standard of work I have heard so many horror stories about building work and was very apprehensive about starting the work. From the moment we met Endrit for the quotation all the hesitation went away and we definitely wanted him to carry out the renovation. The full team are fantastic, very professional and hard working. They really paid attention to details in finishing the work. Everyone, that worked were highly skilled in their area of work. They also cleaned up the mess each day before finishing for the day. Throughout the renovation Endrit and Valon came and checked the work was being completed correctly, also made sure we were happy with the work by constantly asking if we were happy. Endrit, even took me to varies shops where I was able to choose the 2nd fix products. Always provided advise on what to select in terms of the quality of the products and got us discount. The work was completed to a high standard and the whole process was stress-free. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found such a great team. Anytime, I needed to contact Endrit always answered his phone or called back immediately. I've attached few of the pictures, please be mindful that these were taken during the time of renovation whilst the work was on-going. Everything, was delivered as per the agreement (if not better) and within the promised quotation. Anyone, looking to renovate the house do not hesitate to contact them will highly recommend would give them 10/10 review.

Given a very competitive quote by Indrit and Valon for loft conversion and renovating our new house. Elvis was in charge of our project, and from start to finish they were excellent. Started on time and completed exactly as scheduled (8 weeks). The work was of high quality- including parquet flooring and exposed brick work that we wanted. Throughout the job Elvis was easy to reach- he always answered his phone and dealt with things when he said he would. He even helped me get better deals on kitchen and bathroom fittings that were better than buying online. I truly have to say he is the best builder that I have come across- honest, professional and high quality work. I have had no issues with any of his work after completion. Any small repairs that needed to be done after the job, I was able to call Elvis and he would send someone down immediately. Highly recommend these guys!
