London Dog Club

Our dog, Indy, has been going to London Dog Club for a couple of years & we could not live without them! The team are reliable, trustworthy & seem to really care about each dog. Communication is great & pick up/drop off arrangement always works perfectly. We love the daily photo library too! Every member of staff is fantastic but Cam and Georgia in particular truly go above and beyond. I think Indy loves Cam more than he loves us! We’ve also used their boarding services, which have been a lifesaver for last minute work trips. Would 100% recommend!

We are so happy we found London Dog Club! Our dog Naomi recently had spinal surgery and can’t play actively with other dogs. The team at LDC has been amazing — they keep a close eye on her, offer her lots of mental activities, gentle care, and plenty of cuddles. The team has been amazing from day one. Manager Cara treats every dog like her own, and communication has been open, clear, and caring from the start. Naomi was nervous about getting into the van at first, but her carer and driver Jasper has built such a strong bond with her that now she’s excited to see him every morning. He’s always so careful helping her in and out, making sure she’s safe and comfortable. If you have a dog with special needs (or even if you don't!), I cannot recommend London Dog Club enough. Lovely, professional, caring people — truly the best!

London dog club has been an absolute dream from the beginning. Cam who is Stella’s driver picks her up in the morning with the biggest smile, he always gives her a big hug & genuinely loves seeing her. Cam makes getting up at 6:30 for pick up more ok 😂 Once she gets there I feel like I’m right there with her as Emmie is SO on it with taking videos and pictures of Stella. All my friends and family now follow LDC instagram because of how cute all the posts are, not just of Stella! I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

Had a truly top tier experience for my dog’s first day at daycare. James, his driver, was very professional and accommodating for my nervous terrier. At the end of the day, the Daycare Manager Cara called me with a really detailed summary of Oskar’s experience. Overall, I felt like we were both well taken care of! :)

Matt has been amazing with Felix! My dog absolutely adores him, he cries with excitement when he sees Matt and never looks back on the way to the van. It’s such a relief knowing Felix is so well looked after, especially when we’re away. Thank you, Matt! Thank you London Dog Club for such reliable and excellent service!

Our staffie Alfie is always so excited to see his driver and carer Matt when he gets picked up for daycare - it’s the highlight of his week! Matt has clearly built a great bond with him which is so nice to see, and you can tell that he really cares about all the dogs he looks after. He’s very friendly and we trusted him with Alfie from the off. Pick-up and drop-off are always seamless, and Matt’s so helpful with any questions – he even went out of his way to rummage about in the mud for Alfie’s lost name tag, which was incredibly kind! Thank you Matt and London Dog Club for taking such great care of Alfie - we would 100% recommend sending your pup here.

We started to use London Dog Club as we saw one of their vans parked at the top of our road, across from Spencer park and it has been our best decision. Our Labrador Axel is quite an anxious boy so it really helped him to socialise and it’s helped significantly interacting with other dogs and given him heaps of confidence. Emmie at the London Dog Club has been such a wonderful addition, she has really invested in our lovely boy and given him the time and attention he requires. She keeps me updated on his progression and lots of gorgeous doggy photographs. Thank you Emmie! Star.

I am a regular client of London Dog Club for the last four years; using their daycare two to three days per week. Lewis and his team take such great care of my girls from early morning until end of day. I totally trust them with my precious cargo!

Bon Bon and Chom Chom, my two senior corgis, recently joined London Dog Club’s daycare, and I couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to the field manager Cara, our driver Ryan, and the brilliant team—Kai, Cam, and everyone else - who took such great care of them. 🎉 They had an absolute blast running around, making new friends, and getting plenty of love and attention. It’s clear the team truly love what they do, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing my two were in such good hands. Finding a daycare that blends professionalism with genuine care isn’t easy, but London Dog Club does it effortlessly. Bon Bon and Chom Chom came home happy, relaxed, and wonderfully tired - a clear sign of a day well spent! We’ll definitely be back! 💙
