London Dog Club

Emmie from London Dog Club is absolutely incredible with our very over the top, Jack Russell, Poppy. On doggy daycare, Poppy waits for Emmie from 6am for her 9am pickup with pure excitement for the day. Her days are filled with loads of play time that tires her out for the 2 days which certainly helps when WFH. It’s an absolute treat being a part of the London Dog Club and I can guarantee Poppy agrees!

Our dog, Indy, has been going to London Dog Club for a couple of years & we could not live without them! The team are reliable, trustworthy & seem to really care about each dog. Communication is great & pick up/drop off arrangement always works perfectly. We love the daily photo library too! Every member of staff is fantastic but Cam and Georgia in particular truly go above and beyond. I think Indy loves Cam more than he loves us! We’ve also used their boarding services, which have been a lifesaver for last minute work trips. Would 100% recommend!

Snickers has been going to LDC for years and we trust them completely. He knows the van by its noise and nearly breaks his back by wagging his tail so hard when he hears it. Emmie picks him up with the uttermost care, always very gentle and loving. I already caught her giving him kisses while putting him in the van. The super high quality photos we receive are also a nice treat!

We are so happy we found London Dog Club! Our dog Naomi recently had spinal surgery and can’t play actively with other dogs. The team at LDC has been amazing — they keep a close eye on her, offer her lots of mental activities, gentle care, and plenty of cuddles. The team has been amazing from day one. Manager Cara treats every dog like her own, and communication has been open, clear, and caring from the start. Naomi was nervous about getting into the van at first, but her carer and driver Jasper has built such a strong bond with her that now she’s excited to see him every morning. He’s always so careful helping her in and out, making sure she’s safe and comfortable. If you have a dog with special needs (or even if you don't!), I cannot recommend London Dog Club enough. Lovely, professional, caring people — truly the best!

LDC is amazing - the best people and service. Always keeping us posted on collection and drop off times. Consistent updates with photos, videos, and with a personalised touch via text. Emmie is a gem of a carer at LDC - she is the best with our pup, Poppy. We couldn't be happier with her and how she treats our doggo. We trust her completely; always met with a kind greeting and friendly service. Thank you, Emmie and LDC!

We started to use London Dog Club as we saw one of their vans parked at the top of our road, across from Spencer park and it has been our best decision. Our Labrador Axel is quite an anxious boy so it really helped him to socialise and it’s helped significantly interacting with other dogs and given him heaps of confidence. Emmie at the London Dog Club has been such a wonderful addition, she has really invested in our lovely boy and given him the time and attention he requires. She keeps me updated on his progression and lots of gorgeous doggy photographs. Thank you Emmie! Star.

London dog club has been an absolute dream from the beginning. Cam who is Stella’s driver picks her up in the morning with the biggest smile, he always gives her a big hug & genuinely loves seeing her. Cam makes getting up at 6:30 for pick up more ok 😂 Once she gets there I feel like I’m right there with her as Emmie is SO on it with taking videos and pictures of Stella. All my friends and family now follow LDC instagram because of how cute all the posts are, not just of Stella! I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

I am a regular client of London Dog Club for the last four years; using their daycare two to three days per week. Lewis and his team take such great care of my girls from early morning until end of day. I totally trust them with my precious cargo!

We couldn’t recommend London Dog Club more. Our dog, Robert🐾, is looked after so well and loves going to daycare! Robert attended when he lived with his lovely foster carers and has continued throughout his adoption process with us. London Dog Club has been a very happy constant in his life and has given him so much joy! We love seeing the daily photos as they brighten up our day! Our dog loves to run and get as muddy as possible - he can truly do what dogs do best! They send Robert home washed, happy and very tired! What a lucky boy 🐶 Andrea is so lovely with him on the door and we have complete trust that he is safe and looked after. We love London Dog Club! Our dog Sterling always has the best time and comes back happy and tired (and clean, thank goodness). He leaps out of bed and is super excited when we say Paige is coming to get him! Great communication and pick up system with the team. Thank you 😊
