Maybe a 2 star rating isn't totally fair to give this place but my experience was so terrible overall that I kind of feel like it is. I hadn't been in the laundromat for more than 5 minutes before the entire place was descended upon by about 35 ummm, for the sake of politeness I'll call them gentlemen because someone in this world has to be polite, I guess and that apparently is left up to me. Now I understand that these men have a right to do their laundry and have a right to be in a public space such as laundromat and I have no problem with that. What I have a problem with is being ogled as I try to to fold my laundry and the constant feeling of being watched even as I was just sitting at a table doing a scratcher waiting for my clothes to be done. What I have a problem with is the very clear lack of any sort of employee working at 1 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. What I have a problem with is the intense feeling that I couldn't step out for even a moment, to smoke a cigarette or to go to the convenience store right next door or even to go to my car to retrieve my dryer sheets because of the lack of employee on duty and the unshakable feeling that if I did step outside and take my eyes off my washer or dryer, several pairs of my panties might come up missing. What I have a problem with is the lack of attention to anything, cleanliness, machine maintenance and customer needs, whether they be soap, softener or safety. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
