I had a great experience with the teeth whitening treatment. The staff were friendly and professional, and Dr Wilson explained the whole process clearly before starting. The procedure was comfortable, and I could see a noticeable difference immediately after the session. The clinic was clean and well-maintained as well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to brighten their smile!

I had a great experience with Dr Loh. She is very polite, gentle and always takes the time to explain everything she is doing. During the treatment, she constantly checked if I was comfortable and made the whole process much easier. Truly a caring and professional dentist. I had a deep filling treatment done by Dr. Wilson at Loh Dental, and it was an excellent experience! The whole procedure was comfortable and handled very professionally. What stood out to me was the modern setup – the dentist chair has a TV mounted, playing light-hearted videos like Mr. Bean cartoon to help distract from any discomfort. Dr. Wilson also used an intraoral camera to show real-time images of my teeth, keeping me informed throughout the process. After the treatment, he clearly explained my dental condition and what to expect next. The clinic environment is clean, calm, and aesthetically pleasing. The transparent price list at the front desk is also a nice touch for patients. Loh Dental follows up with you via WhatsApp the next day to check on your recovery and even sends a reminder a day before your next appointment. I was having severe tooth pain on October 4th(Saturday morning), I called and asked for an appointment at a few dental clinics, some didnt have free slots till Monday and some didn't seem interested to discuss price details about their procedures. Loh Dental initially asked me to come on Mondy as well but then rescheduled an appointment in the next hour once i told them i was suffering with pain. The 1st visit was done in 30mins, all pain was gone. They were very transparent about their pricing as well. Great service and customer follow ups. I had a root canal done here for a molar tooth (back tooth). Over 4 visits, entire process was painless. After every visit, they follow up with you via WhatsApp if everything is okay. They remind you of your appointment via WhatsApp as well. Dentists were very friendly too. Absolutely recommend this place for your dental procedures :)

Went here for dental filling. Dr Heng and nurse are patient and caring, they understood that I may have pharyngeal reflex. So they comfort me and will ask my feeling whether I am okay during the treatment. Overall service is excellent, and price is reasonable too. Recommended here if you are looking for dentists.

This is the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to! The staff are super friendly, and the doctor is really nice. The doctor guided me through everything step by step and even gave me great advice on proper dental care. By the way, I did scaling here — and it didn’t hurt at all! At other clinics, scaling always hurts, but here they were so gentle with me. Will definitely come back again — I’ll be repeating this clinic for sure!

I was recommended by a friend and had a very pleasant experience here. At 22 weeks pregnant, I was worried about wisdom tooth extraction since I can’t take strong painkillers, but Dr. Wilson’s clear explanation and careful approach made me feel at ease. He went through the aftercare instructions thoroughly, and to my surprise, I had no pain at all even without medication. His assistant was also very kind and supportive.

Loh Dental Penang turned out to be the best choice to fix my partial tooth crown! I got an appointment quickly, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Ang examined me thoroughly and presented several options in perfect English to me. She suggested a filling instead of a newly made partial crown. First dentist ever not trying to make money but to recommend the best option for the patient. The treatment was impeccable. They even followed up the next day and asked if my tooth is alright - I never experienced this level of service anywhere. You won't regret coming here, especially as an expat or traveller.
