Very bad customer service. They told me it was going to be ready in a week, and then we call to make sure it was ready, but they never answered the phone, so we went to the place and the shirts were not ready and told us we were next to make the shirts and that it was going to be ready same day or next. We waited for a call, but they never called us, so we gave them a week and we called multiple times but no one answered the phone, so we went again and they were not ready. They kept me telling different dates, and were unable to commit to a date, I spoke with Gabriel Picazo and he was very rude and I requested to talk to someone else and he said he was the owner. He just told me to either keep waiting or just to take the shirts that were not done and leave. Very unprofessional, he then just left when I was talking to him. I requested refund of my money and he said I had not paid, I had to pull my bank account and show him that we had already paid. Overall I do not recommend this place as they don't know how to treat people.

So I over paid a friend, that took almost 2 week to embroider something I didn't ask for. I walked into Logo Factory Irving and I paid ¼ of what my friend charged me, LFI delivered SAME day. Service was IMPECCABLE, AND even gave me options to choose from... The owner definitely enjoys what he does, and goes over the top to make sure your happy with his work!

The door say they open at 9 AM I arrived at the store at 10:30 the door was locked and lights were off called both the number on the door as well as the mobile number no one picked up.

The new lady in charge is hardly ever at the store and when she does finally decide to show up it’s late. The sign says they are open at 9AM but she didn’t show up until 12pm. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Lastly, she only accepts cash and charges so much more than the guy before.

Best place the lady. Is doing good job and the logos the I need for my kids
