I ultimately decided not to purchase a plan from Logan due to serious concerns about his professionalism and ethics. He advised me to falsify information on my application regarding my family's medical history, which I found highly dishonest. His demeanor toward women was abrasive and disrespectful, and he also questioned my previous experience as a licensed insurance agent, implying that my knowledge was outdated because "times have changed." Additionally, he refused to provide me with a copy of the proposed plan he was trying to sell me. I was only able to view it briefly during a screen-sharing session, which made it impossible to review the details thoroughly or compare it with other options. Altogether, his conduct made me uncomfortable and undermined my trust in his recommendations.
