We used Lockwood's for a basic survey on a proposed property purchase for my elderly parents. Sandrine talked us through the process, dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's necessary. Andrew carried out the survey on time and called me when he had completed it. He explain what he had found with a full explanation. Shortly after we received the full report. Would highly recommend to anyone, friends and family to use Lockwood's for their services. Thank you.

Sandrine was very helpful on the phone and booked me any appointment for the following week. Charles came to inspect the property and you hardly noticed he was there, It took around 1.5hrs however he covered lots in that time and he answered questions as he went along. He also explained the whole process what’s great for first time buyers - very helpful! The report was sent the next days what was very quick. I did not have any questions however they were very helpful and were willing to answer or explain anything needed.
