Fantastic Service from Steve & Team! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! I called Lockwiz and within just 5 minutes, Tony arrived at the house. He quickly replaced two locks — one even needed drilling since we didn’t have the keys — but that was no problem for him. The whole job was done efficiently and professionally. Steve and his team (especially Tony) are friendly, reliable, and clearly take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be using them again soon to change the garage door locks. Messaged Lockwiz this evening to attend my property as the front door wasn't locking. Ste turned up Promptly, knew straight away what the problem was and replaced the broken mechanism and door was working as good as New again! Excellent service from the Lockwiz team. They came out straight away on Friday when we found our front door lock was jammed and we couldn’t get out. Tony diagnosed the problem, sourced the replacement parts, and did a top notch job to adapt our door so the replacement parts would fit. Fair price for the job too. Would definitely recommend these guys every time.

Lockwiz 24/7 responded quickly in my time of need. It was a cold and very late night. As a female on my own I was rather stressed unable to get inside my home. The lovely polite gentleman who attended got me back inside quickly. I was half expecting a huge bill as it was out of hours but was the cheapest in the area. After being let down by another Locksmith I WhatsApp’d Lockwiz who identities problem quickly after a few quick questions. Leigh arrived promptly and set to work. Before I knew it he was finished with the job I required completed in no time at all. Leigh informed me there was a year’s warranty and how to use it if required. A professional job & company I would highly recommend.
