This is a strange question, because the majority of customers I go to are unaware and just assume that they have locks which confirm to British standard.
However the majority of locks I see are not anti-snap locks.
Anti-snap locks are very important to have on upvc and composite doors.
90% of lock burglaries I see are through people having substandard locks which is a problem that can be avoided by simply upgrading your licks to anti-snap locks.
With Christmas approaching this always becomes a tough time, burglars target this time of the year as people usually have a lot of valuables in the house (presents).
So this is the perfect time to check your locks and see if they meet today’s standards.
