Straight forward and honest Saxon was great even when I did call out at 10pm

Required my front door to be adjusted so as it would shut properly plus the fitting of a new lock for security reasons. All done very quickly, and fitted in around my timescales. Everything now working beautifully. Great service.

We required an emergency locksmith as front door mechanism wouldn't engage at all , checked troubleshootong videos on You tube for a UPVC door and it appeared it could be a gearbox issue . Checked for local compananies who offered a 24 hr service with good reviews. Contacted Locksmiths Gloucester it was early hours of the morning James reponded within their stated time asking how they could help ,I explained the issue , James responded and within 5 hours from initial call to completion the door was sorted by a very courteous and polite young man called Jaxon. Service 1st class , resonably priced , would definitely recommend .

I have used James a few times for various jobs and would never use anyone else. He always turns up on time, completes a job with minimum fuss, explaining what he’s doing, what any implications may be and what needs to be done. He never leaves any mess, pricing is very reasonable. I have no hesitation to recommend him.
