Required my front door to be adjusted so as it would shut properly plus the fitting of a new lock for security reasons. All done very quickly, and fitted in around my timescales. Everything now working beautifully. Great service.

We required an emergency locksmith as front door mechanism wouldn't engage at all , checked troubleshootong videos on You tube for a UPVC door and it appeared it could be a gearbox issue . Checked for local compananies who offered a 24 hr service with good reviews. Contacted Locksmiths Gloucester it was early hours of the morning James reponded within their stated time asking how they could help ,I explained the issue , James responded and within 5 hours from initial call to completion the door was sorted by a very courteous and polite young man called Jaxon. Service 1st class , resonably priced , would definitely recommend .

Highly recommended and would use again when/if needed. Saxon replaced the mechanism in our front door today, was really efficient in carrying out the job and went above and beyond to explain the process and issues with our existing door.

Saxon came out on the day we called and fixed our door lock. He was very polite and explained the cost involved very clearly. I highly recommend Locksmiths Gloucester and will use them again should the need arise in the future.

Can’t thank Saxon enough, called him at 1:34am because my front door wouldn’t close so I couldn’t lock it - he was at my house at 1:47am. Cannot fault this guy one bit! Key snapped in lock, rang him came within the hour. Less than an hour later lock fix with new keys. Definitely Definitely use this company again👍

I had to call this company early hours of this morning as an emergency to get all my locks changed. Saxon turned up very quickly and set about his task explaining everything to me as he went along. Very knowledgeable but also very understanding of my needs. His customer skills are also second to none. I even missed a lock so called him and he came straight back to sort it for me.
