So I just got work done this morning from the Locksmith Surgeon. I was really stressing about my key fob not working correctly. I got in touch with Dustin and he came out and fix my problem. Andrew was extremely professional, punctual, and fair with his pricing. I’m sure he was busy with other jobs throughout his day but he made sure I had answers to all my questions within five minutes or so of asking at most. He gave me a quality key fob that they would hand out at a dealership and not some China made trinket that might fall apart in a few weeks. Overall, Andrew‘s professionalism, etiquette, and response time of getting to my house within two hours of requesting his services. We’re outstanding. Andrew (owner) replaced our home front door lock set. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of this company. They were quick to respond to my text inquiry and arrived at my home within a couple of hours. The lock assembly was removed and the various parts explained to me. I could see exactly why a replacement was necessary. I did not want to change the design of the handle. Andrew knows his industry well and was able to locate the exact same part. And he re-key’d the new lock so I could use my existing keys. I am very satisfied and definitely recommend Locksmith Surgeons.

Called sundial first and they couldn’t do the job 👎🏼 then I called Dustin and he literally was here in like 10 mins, and replaced my Mercedes key within 30 minutes, after I was quoted hours from the other company. AND he did it cheaper! He was very nice, helpful, and fair in all aspects. I can’t recommend Dustin and his company enough for your key/locksmith needs!!
