Excellent in every way. Radu was punctual, friendly, and completely honest about the issue and the cost. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what needed doing in clear terms, and had everything fixed efficiently. The door now feels solid and works like new. Amazing work done by friendly people! Had consultation over text and Radu came in 30 minutes, had just the lock we wanted and did great work on the lock change! Lock feels very sturdy and we’ve gotten another lock changed right after. Prices are the best I’ve seen so far in my area so would definitely recommend to anyone tight on time and budget but looking for quality work. ☺️

Would highly recommend Radu - quick service (out within 1 hour) to change a failed gear mechanism on multi point door lock & explained what had caused the fault. Friendly, honest & knowledgeable. All for a really good/fair price!

Great service, very knowledgeable guy. Asked all straightforward questions about the vehicle. I'd managed to lock my vehicle with keys inside and struggled for 2 hours on our own. Radu had us back inside it within 3 minutes of arriving.
