Marty came out and saved the day! I was locked out of my bedroom (staying at the vegan Red Robin Song animal sanctuary/bnb) and he came the day we called him about an hour after we contacted their business. Even though he had to adventure through the icy roads he showed up with a smile and with such kindness he made the situation immediately less stressful. My 17 year old dog was in the room and once Marty unlocked it we greeted her with some love and rubs. I would 100% recommend Marty and this business if you ever are locked out!

Jessie was an absolute hero tonight and really saved me. She drove an hour+ on a cold Friday night to get me into my car so I could make a flight tomorrow. I don’t know what I would have done without her help. Great customer service and responsiveness throughout. Couldn’t recommend more

They quoted me a price that was 125.00 more than the dealership to make 1 after market fob key for my car. The dealership made me two. Who is more expensive than the dealership??!! Who? These guys. — plus they claim 24 hour service I called before business hours - no response then called at 11am said why didn’t you call me back? He said I did — he definitely not. Then friends said don’t ever deal with them, bad reputation in town.

I stopped in to get a spare key made for my truck, since I only had one set of keys and didn't want to risk losing them again. I believe the guy working was Tom. He was really friendly and nice. At this time I would have recommended this company to anyone. Less than a week later, my new key got twisted while trying to unlock the bed of my truck. I stopped and I talked to Marty to see if they would stand behind there products and service since the key they sold me was either not cut correctly or made from a cheap metal. Not only did he refuse, he was rude and wanted to charge another $90 to get new one made. I understand that this is a business, but I can not recommend a business that does not stand behind there products and services to anyone.

Really great team here. They made me new Subaru keys for 25% the price that Subaru would have charged (which is across the street). The keys took multiple trys, but they were patient and did it the right way. Totally worth it.

Went to this business on my mechanic's recommendation to have a spare key made for my son's car car. They checked out the car key and told me it would be $187.50 for a new key plus remote. Didn't need the remote. Much higher than expected. Went to another locksmith that I have been using for over 25 years. This business checked the key and said they could make a copy w/o the remote and the simpler key should work just fine to open the door and start the car. They knew their business. Cost $3.19. Key unlocked the driver side door and started the car, saved over $180 by going elsewhere.

I was a challenging customer with a bizarre request. The gentlemen behind the counter was patient working with me, informative, professional and most importantly- a blast to talk to as he was stuck with me for half an hour due to the nature of my request. I was unaware prior to my visit the level of vehicle application knowledge they have. While I was there he got a call for a broken key in a parking lot and sent someone out to address it- who knew to call a lock company for that instead a tow to the dealership plus down time plus dealer cost. Pricing was very fair for the time required.I highly recommend Locks & More for your needs.

They make good keys and affordable better then the dealer ship they will help you with anything very good service one's you walk in recommend it 💯 percent

I have had several apartment keys and mailbox keys cut here, but recently I had Locks & More program a second key fob for my Lincoln that I purchased from the dealer across the street. Locks & more has great availability for someone like me who works full time who can't fit into a dealership's schedule. Well worth the visit and always priced fairly!

Came to my rescue within five minutes of me calling him in full blown panic attack. My 80lbs puppy had managed to lock him self in the bedroom by biting the door knobs. I am so greatful he came to my panicking dogs rescue so fast!
