Marissa G, Ericka, & Mayra helped me today & made everything easy and stress-free. They were also super attentive and respectful to everyone who walked in. My surgical clearance exam was quick and smooth, and the personal note wishing me luck with surgery was such a thoughtful touch.

I came to the Lockport express urgent care tonight at 7:40 with an excruciating ear ache. They close at 8 and saw me right away. They were kind and compassionate from the receptionist to the nurse and the amazing doctor. I am so grateful for their warm demeanor. I was home with my prescription in less than an hour. Thank you to all the staff! I so appreciate all of you! .

I was a long way from Home and my next Doctors appointment was a long way off. I was not feeling well so I came here to just looked at and refill a prescription. Excellent! They took me right in and took great care of me. I was pleasantly surprised as I was very hesitant to go having had bad experiences with other walk up clinics and urgent care places in the past. Easy to check in, pay the copay, see the provider and I was back in my car in under 45 minutes. I called my husband and told him we found a new place to go for urgent care! Thank you so much!

I have gone there a few times. Dr. C Thommen has been great. She listens to you and for me she remembered me. She’s friendly and very kind. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this one for sure. I’ve gone to two other immediate care facilities. I wouldn’t go back there. I’m staying with Lockport Express.

Kate is always nothing less but caring, informative and thorough. Me, my wife and kids come here often & we are always roomed by her. Every time she does a phenomenal job, you can clearly tell she is passionate about her job.

Went in for some testing recently. Erica drew my blood, she was nice, helpful and encouraging. I'm scared of needles and she talked me through it. Healthcare needs people like her. Dr. Hanna was also very kind, patient, and had a very good demeanor. Overall, I had a really good experience with the members of staff.

Amazing and friendly staff (and doctors) every time I visit. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and get all of your questions answered. Wonderful place!

Today I went for the first time to express medical here in lockport. My experience was awesome. All of the staff were so friendly, and the nurse practitioner that we saw today was so kind and great with my 5 year old. Will definitely come back! Thank you guys!
