Was really worried that we would be charged a fortune as it was a Sunday or have to wait for hours but Richy came within the hour, exactly as he said he would, and even apologised for it being so long! Had issues getting into my home after a night out, and I spoke with the locksmith over the phone. I sent a picture of my lock and he explained the issue and how I might be able to resolve it without the need for a call out, and it worked! Very much appreciated, and I’d highly recommend.

Would absolutely recommend, came out at short notice after our kitchen door got stuck, was careful and tried a number of different approaches to make sure he didn't damage our door. Managed to unlock the door and remove the faulty latch, super friendly and communicative the entire time. I hope we don't need an emergency locksmith again, but if we do we'll be using Lockout for sure.

Brilliant service. We were in Portugal on holiday when we were told by a neighbour that my grandson had left his bedroom window wide open. With no spare key to get in Richy came really quickly at night and managed to get into the flat through a double locked door to close the window. Holiday would have been ruined otherwise. Highly recommended.

Richy provided a 1st class service. From the initial phone call he was out with us within the hour and had gained access back into our property as we had a key stuck in the door. We also needed a couple new locks including a new shutter lock which he ordered and fitted with no problems, going above and beyond to make sure we were sorted. Pricing compared to some other locksmiths in town was very reasonable. Would 100% recommend to anyone requiring a locksmith, Richy is your guy! Thanks
