When it comes to customer service and integrity, this company truly stands out. Those qualities seem harder and harder to find these days. Locked Out Locksmith arrived quickly and replaced my car key fast and efficiently. What impressed me most was the honesty. During the process, he actually found the key I thought I had lost and immediately showed it to me, knowing that could have meant he made the trip for nothing. That alone says a lot about his character and integrity. The two replacement keys he made started my car but, due to a software issue, they wouldn’t unlock it. Instead of making excuses or charging me more, he explained the issue, told me he was ordering the correct key, and will come back to me once it arrives at no additional charge. I honestly haven’t experienced this level of quality service, honesty, and genuine care for the customer in a very long time. My Volkswagen Beetle gave Adam a huge headache while trying to reprogram my spare key but this man did not give up! He even took the computer out of my car to take it to the office to work on it when it was giving him trouble and the time he spent on alone was worth a 5 star review, but on top of genuinely caring enough to get the job done he was also a very sweet, personable and provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Call these guys! Do not call pop a lock! Pop a lock will scam you. Preform jobs that damage your car and still won’t get your keys from out of your trunk. These guys have integrity and gets the job done
