Used the lock shop for years and never had any issues. I can’t recommend this lock shop enough! I accidentally locked myself out of my house, and Dale came through quickly and professionally. He helped me get back in through both the front and back doors without causing any damage and not had any problems since. He was reliable, efficient, and clearly knows what he’s doing. On top of that, he was friendly and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. If you ever need a trustworthy locksmith, this is the person to call. Locked ourselves out and had to abort mission. Came home and googled locksmiths near me which was Lock Shop. Guy on the phone was great and reassuring. Dave was here in about three quarters of an hour and got us into the house with no damage to lock. Very professional but also a really nice bloke. Would happily use again but hoping I won't have to!! 😬

Broken lock on a UPC door rendering it insecure. Great service. From my call to completion of repair - 30 mins. Very friendly and efficient staff who have customer service as their top priority. Highly recommended.

I got 40 keys cut and collected 90 mins later. Took the new cylinder with me and they tested them all to make sure they worked properly. The staff are very efficient and friendly and I will definitely be back.

Amazing friendly service managed to cut a new key using my badly worn key. Unbelievable knowledge didnt think the cuts were right until I tried the key and it opened so crisp like I had a new lock and ignition fitted !!

Disaster this morning at Dundee Bairns HQ - key snapped in lock. We are currently in the middle of our busiest period of the year and we were scunnered. One call to the Lock Shop and a really lovely guy was here within 10 minutes - key out of the lock, locks oiled and all free of charge for the charity. We are so grateful - we cannot thank them enough!!

The service here is always helpful, efficient and cheerful! I had a broken key stuck in my garage door lock, I took the lock into the shop and they removed the broken part of the key and cut me a new one with no extra charge above the cutting of the new key. Excellent service!
