Owner answered my Voicemail quickly. Prices are average for the area. Looks like they are still working on getting everything going. There is a machine to put the password your given into, but no gate to stop access just yet, although it does appear they are working on installing one. The pathways are fresh gravel that is fairly smooth. No issue getting in with my 12' trailer. Getting out was a different story though. There isn't enough room on the other side to get around when you have a trailer that size. Has to back up about 100' to get out, which isn't a huge issue for me, but takes more time than going around and wasn't expecting it. Hopefully in the spring they can lay down the concrete and make it so big trucks and trailers can drive around easier.

Reasonable prices, clean, great customer service n they will go above n beyond for their renters

Not a good place to keep your things. Theft is high with no security and then the owner blames you for the theft.
