We absolutely loved our stay on Wildwood in Carnelian Bay. The house was just right, lots of seating, nicely decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our dinners and relax, both inside and out.. We had a cozy fire in the Franklin stove on the day it rained. The walk-in shower was so great! Big, beautiful windows all around the house (and a skylight) to view the surrounding forest. Very quiet, peaceful area, but only a short drive to Tahoe City for dining out and shopping. We highly recommend as this rental is a true value in the Tahoe area!!

What a winter wonderland!!! The scenery was amazing! The cabin we stayed at was super comfortable and cozy. Check in was a breeze! We had everything we needed! Can’t wait to go back! So grateful to the people who shared their sanctuary with us and trusted us to care for their home.

The decor and design were thoughtfully done, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It's a perfect spot for spending quality time with friends or family. I especially loved that it was pet-friendly, with thoughtful touches like bowls and a dog mat provided. The addition of a piano was such a nice touch! Highly recommend this place!

I stayed at this property with my husband and infant and it was perfect for a long weekend. It's an older unit but really well maintained and clean. The location cannot be beat! You're right on the lake and a very short distance from restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is really well-equipped and had EVERYTHING we needed to prepare some of our meals when we didn't want to go out. The community felt really secure and quiet and we loved walking around in the afternoons/ evenings. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for killer views and quiet time. We'd love to stay here again.

We had an excellent experience! The location was perfect and inviting, exactly as described. Our host offered clear instructions, which made check-in seamless. The spot was perfectly situated just a few minutes' drive to Northstar, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

The house is very beautiful, super clean, it has everything we could need. We loved it, it was very close to the lake, very well distributed so that everyone has their space. I highly recommend it. I would return to Lake Tahoe a thousand times.

The house in Breckenridge was amazing! Our kids nicknamed it “The Treehouse” because of the layout and trees and nature. It felt secluded even though it was in a resort. The amenities were perfect…like a nice hotel!! The location is the best! Walking distance to downtown. This was just one stop on a big roadtrip and we’ve stayed at 4 Airbnb’s and 2 hotels from MN to California and The Treehouse was definitely top of the list! Was our first trip to Breckenridge but will definitely be back to The Treehouse!!

SUCH an amazing stay in this beautiful Airbnb! It truly feels like home when you walk in. It is so private, clean, and located in such a convenient and beautiful neighborhood. It is only 5 min away from sugar bowl which was a huge plus for us snowboarding fanatics! The hosts respond very quickly as well and are a pleasure to work with. Overall the stay was amazing, if you are able to book this place don’t hesitate!!! My favorite was to hear the snow falling on while drinking a cup of coffee on the porch and overlooking the snow on the side of the house ❄️

We had the most amazing stay with LocalVR in this beautiful Truckee home! The house was absolutely stunning, had plenty of room for our large group and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed dinner in the beautiful backyard each evening amongst the trees! The hosts were very responsive and made every step of the stay easy. Would highly recommend!!

We had a great time staying here, my kids and nephew enjoyed playing snow at the cabin yard. They also have piano and boardgames for kids to enjoy. The place is very cozy, clean and warm, and complete kitchen appliances for someone that loves to cook like us. 😊 but the only thing is the water faucet in bathroom sink doesn’t get hot. The host was easy to reach and we didn’t have a hard time checking in. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and we would like to come back probably summertime to experience the hot weather. 🥰
