Local Pros Appliance repair were top notch! My speed queen dryer needed a heating element. Every other place I called couldn't come out till next week. Luckily I found Local Pros, they came out same day. They needed to order the part for the dryer which was a quick turn around. Johnny was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue. Don't hesitate to use this company. Great service and knowledgeable professional employees. Johnny, the repair professional...was WONDERFUL!! Very knowledgeable, courteous, took the time to explain things to me. I called the service, got a time slot commitment right away, and Johnny showed on time & got right to work! He had to leave to go to a supplier to get a part...but was back quickly & finished the job!! I would Highly recommend this company to friends & family!! Ask for Johnny!!

Our dryer stopped heating suddenly and I was able to get a same day appointment for service. John our technician was courteous and professional. He arrived within the time frame we were given. Johnny is the man! I have an LG fridge, only 3 years old, stopped cooling in the fridge and freezer, called these guys in the afternoon after I tried to figure it out myself with no luck. Johnny showed up and seemed to know what the problem was right away, he told me the compressors are known to fail on these LG fridges even though they’re fairly new. He verified the compressor was bad and called LG with me, he spoke to the customer service rep for me and got them to cover the cost of the compressor AND the labor to replace it. So the only thing I have to pay out of pocket is diagnostic fee to these guys, well worth the money. Highly recommend this company and Johnny in particular, definitely knows his stuff and looks out for the customer. Thanks again
