My first impression of Michael, with Local Plumbing & Septic, was WOW! I showed him where I thought I remembered my septic to be, and he found it on the second try with his t-bar thing. I had them do a septic pump out, plus a riser installation. The finished job was exactly what I wanted, at a price I could afford. These are people who understand customer service!

They responded the same day when my septic system went down. Excellent customer service, and they walked me through the issue step by step. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to help, especially after hearing how much some competitors were charging just to come out. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable septic service.

As you can see, our septic tank was filled to the top! We had an emergency, and needed this to be taken care of immediately. I gave them a call, and within 2 hours they were at my site getting the job done. The team members were extremely professional, and thoroughly explained the service they were going to provide. They were able to get the job done within two hours, and gave me a thorough list of work that needs to be done. Michael and crew did a great job pumping out the tank. He had to replace the inlet pipe too and saved us a lot of future headaches.

I know zero about septic tanks. So I’m thankful the guys were super knowledgable and helped me understand how it worked. We need so much more fixed but no one’s made of money. Thankful we’re surviving for now but will def have local pluming and septic back out when we can afford the changes. Appreciate the quick work and their kindness.

Josh was very knowledgeable about his work and identified a problem with the septic system that he was able to repair in the same visit. We had a wonderful experience with Local Plumbing and Septic. They FaceTimed me after hours when my septic alarm wouldn’t turn off and walked me through how to turn it off and then came first thing the next morning to repair it. They were all very kind and professional. They were honest and didn’t try to sell me on any unnecessary services or repairs. They even interacted with my toddlers, who were so excited by their visit and watched them work the whole time. We will definitely use them again.

Had a cleaning and inspection done prior to finishing basement. Very professional and left zero damage to my yard from digging up caps. Highly recommend for any needs. Will use in the future.
