After a long day of work I couldn’t get the door to unlock. The other doors had double deadbolts. I called four locksmiths before this company. I either left a message or they didn’t know how to help me with this type of keyless entry. He was able to walk me through on the phone and tell me what to do and was willing to drive out to take care of it within minutes. Two companies wanted to drill it out and have the whole keyless entry damaged where I would have to replace it. Two companies still haven’t returned my call, (a day later). This locksmith is permanently in my contacts and sharing my experience with my friends.

I locked us out of the house. Five star experience began and ended with Eti. He requested pictures of the front and back door locks and was transparent about (a) what he could/could not do, (b) price, (c) ETA. Eti arrived at the confirmed time and promptly got to work in pouring rain. Within minutes we were back inside. My husband has difficulty walking and had been waiting in the car. I locked myself out of my new car at work. A service person arrived within 10 minutes. From the time I called it was 20 total minutes before I was in my vehicle again. Very honest locksmith as well. This was in Hollywood, FL
