I needed a re-key for my door lock. I requested a new cylinder for my Dexter lock; but the lock is somewhat outdated. So I opted for a new Schlage lock. The technician installed the new lock, adjusted my other lock as the spring was not working, and secured my door. Very nice of the technician to go above and beyond. The knob seemed loose on my new lock, but actually it is normal. As a courtesy the technician came back and assured me everything is good. I appreciate his patience and customer service. Would recommend this business. Thank you.
