I gave Local Locksmiths a call, and I was immediately impressed when they answered on the very first ring. I explained my situation, and the person on the phone was so kind and understanding. They didn't try to upsell me, they just listened and set up an appointment for that very same afternoon. The service was incredibly prompt! When the locksmith arrived, they were just as friendly and professional. They walked me through a couple of different secure lock options, explaining the pros of each, and I was shocked at how great their prices were. They got all the old, flimsy locks replaced quickly and efficiently, and now I feel so much safer in my new home. It's rare to find a company that is fast, affordable, AND genuinely kind.
