Jonathan and Mickey were here I called with a broken springs after years and years. Jonathan came out he is the lead and changed springs and pulleys at same time he ran a check on the motor and that needed to be replaced. It was seamless and they are very professional and experts on the business. Highly recommend

I’m so happy I called this company! I closed my garage door onto my car’s trunk and bent the top metal bar, as well as several other pieces. The garage door wouldn’t close all the way down, unless I pushed it at the end while it was closing (I got my fingers pinched SEVERAL times). I called Garage Door Repair (based on 680 reviews of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and scheduled a free evaluation for today. The technician, Ben, was on time (actually a little early🙂) and he was great! He worked quickly, showed me the problems and bent pieces of steel, let me know my options and was upfront regarding the costs of each. ALSO, when he found out that I’m retired, he even informed me of their company policy of 10% discount for retired people! Ben fixed my old, bent (not pretty) garage door and only charged me for the service call (less 10%!). He didn’t try to up-sell me on parts he didn’t believe would make it look, or function, any better. His honesty and professionalism are so appreciated, plus he was patient with me and answered all my questions. I cannot recommend Garage Door Repair highly enough! When it’s time to switch out my garage door, I will definitely call them again. Thank you so much!
