Finally, an Amazing Heating & Plumbing Engineer! Having been on the planet for way too many decades, I can tell you "really" good and trustworthy tradespeople are rare and so hard to find. And, when it comes to outstanding Heating Engineers - that's even tougher! I had a variety of jobs that needed the utmost attention in our home, including a Gas Boiler Service, a bird-proof cap which needed to be fitted on the roof on the soil pipe vent stack, and finally a new cloakroom stop valve urgently had to be fitted to replace the 30 year old stop tap that was leaking and had ceased. I had visits from a couple of trades who were happy to do the gas boiler service, but no one wanted to go anywhere near the roof nor tackle the stop valve, as it was hidden in a tiny floor box and it had a sewer pipe obstructing it. So, I checked Lee's reviews at LMS Heating Solutions, and I thought he might be the man to tackle the work and rescue us. Given past experience, I worried even Lee might say "thanks but no thanks". How wrong I was! Lee is the most genuine, honest, kind, polite, and hardworking Heating & Plumbing Engineer I have ever known. Nothing is too much trouble, his standard of work is beyond excellent, and I love fact that he explains, in simple terms, what he is going to do and how things work - to the point where even "I" can understand what he is talking about. On top of that, he explains, at every stage, costs, sets-out alternative options if I wanted to go for them and he will work super-hard to actually save you money. I have NO hesitation in recommending this wonderful chap for all things heating and plumbing; so much so, Lee will be returning to our home to replace some old radiators and putting in some new energy-saving Thermostatic Radiator Valves in a couple of weeks' time. He even, given his past experience, gave my wife some tree pruning and planting advice as well as some painting tips for a few railway sleepers which we have in our garden. Lee is simply above-and-beyond brilliant, and he is a walking encyclopaedia of all things heating, plumbing, and home maintenance. We are looking forward to seeing him again very soon :-)

Lee was absolutely brilliant! As a women, who arranges all of the handyman work and is sometimes on my own. I felt so comfortable with Lee and trusted everything he said. He was very polite, respectful and even looked at my hive system for me, in which wasn’t something I requested from the appointment. Lee serviced my boiler, reasonably priced and I received all my paperwork via email just a few hours later! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Great service from Lee. I arranged a boiler service, but also had a separate fault that needed diagnosing, both jobs were completed at the quoted price. Friendly, knowledgeable and highly recommended. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and neighbours.

Our boiler stopped working and Lee came out as soon as he possibly could. Unfortunately, it turned out we needed a new boiler, but Lee explained everything clearly and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process. He fitted the new boiler quickly and efficiently, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He even stayed late into the evening to make sure the heating was up and running properly before he left. I have been so impressed with Lee from LMS Heating Solutions. He has just replaced my boiler. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the solution he proposed, explaining the pros and cons of each option. He was determined to get to me today, despite the very difficult driving conditions, to ensure the job was completed and that my heating was restored. He thoroughly deserves 5 stars and I would not hesitate in recommending him and will definitely be using him in the future for any plumbing work, servicing etc.

Lee was fabulous coming out to us within 24hours to replace/fix a burst pipe. Very professional, thorough and made sure we understood everything before and after.
