These appointments usually take more time than our general notary assignments so we allocate at least one hour of time so that we can carefully go through your documents with care and want to ensure by the end of the appointment that all documents have been signed and sealed accurately.
To schedule your estate plan signing appointment, we do require 24 hour notice as in many cases, either the signer’s or the notary will have to provide witnesses, and this will allow us time to provide them, should our signers need one or more witnesses. Please note that if we provide a witness for the appointment, additional fees will apply.
