Want to know how to prepare for a notary appointment? Here’s how:
1. Identify the documents that need to be notarized and gather all documents and ensure they are completed. Leave the signatures lines blank as we need to witness your signature.
2. Once you have your documents, call us or schedule online.
3. During the appointment, all signers and witnesses must be physically present, whether we are meeting in person or online.
4. Please have your ID ready. A state-issued drivers license, US Passport, etc. Make sure your ID is valid and unexpired. If your ID is expired or you don’t have the ID type that meets TX requirements, you will need credible witnesses to identify you as the signer.
5. We’ll arrive to your requested location either in person or online and we’ll notarize your documents! Also, be prepared to pay for services.
