LMH Optimal Therapy

I recently received sports therapy treatment from Ebony for my foot injury. After hobbling in, I was able to walk out feeling miles better. The whole experience, from the welcoming reception to my final visit, was entirely positive and I was supported inbetween sessions by email and exercises to quicken the healing process. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve been seeing Lauren since 2022 and she is honestly AMAZING. Absolute chiropractor angel 💖🪽 She knows me so well and has helped me beyond belief with so many issues — I genuinely don’t know where I’d be without her. She’s incredibly attentive, explains everything so clearly, and always shares her findings and the best ways to work on them, which makes me feel so cared for and understood. The rehab and maintenance exercises she gives are such a bonus, and the acupuncture when needed? Total game-changer ✨ I always leave feeling better, supported, and in the best hands. And I have to give a huge shout-out to Millie on the front desk — she’s the loveliest! Super friendly, always happy to help, and such a gorgeous part of my visit. I genuinely look forward to my catch-up chats with her before treatment — they make the whole experience even more special 💕 The whole place just feels warm, welcoming, and full of genuinely lovely people. Could not recommend Lauren (and Millie!) enough — 10/10 every single time 🥰💆‍♀️✨

Lauren has been treating me for numerous problems with my back, neck, hips, knees and living with chronic pain. I was unaware that my pelvis was out of line! I was also leaning to one side and one leg was presenting shorter than the other! The treatment I have received has been exceptional with a very professional but friendly approach. Lauren explained everything in great detail from diagnosis to how she was going to treat me and the results I should expect. I am already in less pain and standing straight. My treatment is ongoing due to my complex problems and I highly recommend Lauren’s and all of her team.

I was recommended LMH optimal therapy by a friend after I explained the experience I was having. Particularly while I was exercising (which I do a lot of). I had been having treatment but I felt like I was going backwards and experiencing more or new pain. When I started with Lauren I couldn’t believe the difference in assessment and care and information I was presented with- as well as home exercises to do in order to help myself in between sessions. The attention to detail is amazing and I understood what was needed for me to improve with realistic, honest timeline expectations. Not only has the information been amazing but the treatment by both Lauren and Laura has left me feeling practically pain free! Which I wasn’t expecting to this level. I cannot thank them enough and I am so glad you were recommended to me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Where do I start? Lauren is a FANTASTIC chiropractor- one who genuinely cares. The treatment I have received over the last few months has been second to none. Lauren takes the time to get to know her patients, and has helped me a great deal with my back injury. She will do anything to make you comfortable & deal with the issue you present her with, offering advice & guidance outside the appointments. She genuinely wants to fix the problem. And with all this knowledge on a professional level, she is also a lovely person inside and out. I would happily recommend Lauren to anyone. Millie on reception is also a credit to the business - so incredibly kind and friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would, thank you ladies! :)

I am so grateful to Lauren for her support and help. When I was injured and due to compete she managed to find time to see me and help to diagnose the issue as well as resolve it. I also see her on a regular basis whereby she helps to sort my back and realign me from all the weight training I do. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none as well as her kind, patient demeanour which helps put you at ease, cannot recommend her highly enough!

Lauren has always been so good and has always made me feel so comfortable 😊 I am currently on a treatment plan as I have a trapped nerve and even after the first treatment I can feel the difference immediately so, I am looking forward to seeing how I feel after my plan is complete! I will then go and see Laura for a massage who is very good! Being a qualified masseuse myself I am very fussy with who I have but her pressure is perfect for me and she's very easy to talk too and welcoming.Thanks ladies xx
