We had major reconstruction and a new roof after a neighbor's tree demolished more than half our home in the January 2024 blizzard. Our jobsite manager, Patrick Henry of Kennedy Restoration (also a 5-star review), hired LMD Drywall and Paint for our exterior repainting and all interior work – painting, hanging new doors and fixtures, and cabinet work in the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom. We could not have been more satisfied with the work done by owner Lino Lopez and his multi-talented crew. Their professionalism and attention to every small detail were unfailing. We especially appreciated their cheerfulness and friendliness. Lino must be a great employer because all the LMD workers are happy and smiling and very easy to have around the house. Lino repeatedly checked with us for our satisfaction down to the smallest details at every step on the project. He and his crew take great pride in their work, and they are totally justified.

Lino was with me from the beginning. He did excellent drywall repairs as I went through the place being legalized. This permit process can be stressful and he was there giving me his all. His guys are super respectful and do things quick. After seeing their porch paint job. I wished I had met them in time for the paint job too. I was very impressed. Grateful and amazingly well priced for the superior quality.

Lino and his team do amazing work! We use them for most of our drywall and paint work in residential homes. They are always professional, on time, and do amazing work!! They are very thorough and take their time to make sure everything is done correctly and the home is protected before work is started with masking, floor coverings, etc. If you are looking for a team to get things done in spectacular fashion don’t look any further!! Lino and his team are the best!!!

We were preparing our house for sale last summer. Lino came in, gave a detailed, reasonably priced quote. Showed up on time, was very careful to treat carpet and furnishings to not make a mess. They were at the house several days and cleaned up very well, did not make it difficult to have them there at all. We had a great experience and for that reason, I highly recommend them.

I had a leak in my bedroom ceiling due to a faulty fire suppression line, which ultimately led to an appx. 6’ x 4’ hole after the plumbers found and fixed the leak. Being someone who is not particularly handy with tools, I seriously wondered if the gaping hole could ever be patched and painted so that it looked as good as new. Leave it to LMD, who first patched, taped and “mudded” the hole, and then their painters, who expertly matched the existing paint colors and painted the patched area. Long story short, it looks every bit as good as new. Many thanks to Lino, Francisco, Nicolas, Marcelo and Antonio for truly expert work. After almost two months of sleeping on a mattress on the floor of my living room, tonight I will be back in my bedroom sleeping on a mattress that is actually on a bed frame! And, they left me s can of both the wall and the ceiling paint for future touchups, if ever necessary… lagniappe’
