LM Services arrived on time and got started promptly, which I appreciated. I have a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home, and while some of the cleaning was done well, the job was left incomplete. The cleaner said she was finished despite having skipped the second bedroom (the nursery), and my kitchen floors and cabinet faces were still visibly dirty. When I asked if mopping and wiping down the cabinets were part of the service, she confirmed they were and resumed working. I also asked her to clean the grout, which still looked grimy. She put in minimal effort and then told me she wasn’t feeling well. When I booked the service, I was told to expect the cleaning to take 4–5 hours. For context, the cleaner arrived at 1 p.m. and left by 4 — short of the promised time frame and with work still left undone. This was my first time scheduling a home cleaning service, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. For $100 an hour, I could’ve done a better job myself.

I was gifted a cleaning from this business before the arrival of my second baby, and what a wonderful gift this was! Lorraine had our home spotless, and I felt like I could finally relax before our kiddo was born. We will definitely have her back again!
