LM FLOORING/365 CONSTRUCTION DEPOT

A mother and daughter came to my house sent by a contractor I found on the internet. The contractor is a middle man for other businesses. They seemed nice enough, but then they asked me about how much I wanted to pay. No other flooring company asked me that. I told them the amount and they said that they would be able to do the floors for the amount I told them, but they would have to not tell the contractor bc the contractor is supposed to get a small cut on all recommendations and they asked me not to say anything to the contractor. Right then I knew these people were shady. They never even took measurements. After they left I decided I would not hire them. Fortunately I never got a call from the contractor. I think the women told him that I could not afford the price they wanted to charge me. These women also took a sample flooring that I had sent to me from another company. If they had any integrity they would have mailed my sample back to me, but then clearly they’ve proven they have no integrity.

I've been here several times and their prices are not only hard to beat-- their material is better quality than big box stores, especially their LVP flooring. Their quartz slab prices are great as well.

This flooring is so easy to install and to trim for corners! And it's so easy to sweep or vacuum and !light Swiffer mopping...it !looksgreat!
