From the very beginning, everyone was professional, kind, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. Ashley was the attorney who handled my defensive asylum case, and she was outstanding. Her knowledge, dedication, and professionalism gave me confidence during one of the most difficult times in my life. She has built a large and highly professional team, and every member of her staff treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion. One moment that I will never forget was when I received a Notice to Appear from the immigration court. I was completely shocked and devastated. In a panic, I emailed Ashley at 2:00 AM. To my surprise, she responded by 6:30 AM with a detailed explanation and clear guidance that immediately reassured me. That level of dedication and care is truly exceptional. Although our contract was for my defensive asylum case, Ashley and her team also helped me obtain bond while I was in ICE custody, and they did this without charging me any additional fees. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone regarding immigration. There’s a lack of communication when trying to speak to Ashley there’s always a run around and never solutions or answers. My past attorney has been more helpful assisting through out this process. It’s a shame that after paying all this money you would think you would be able to speak to your attorney or have updates on your case. Again I would not recommend anyone seeking legal advice
