All of the staff very nice and professional. Their main focus is making sure they encounter the root cause of your illness and ordering the right meds for you to feel better. After picking up the subscriptions from the pharmacy and taking the, next day I felt so much better.

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care! The front desk made check-in fast and easy, and I was seen right away. The doctor was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. They took an x-ray of my wrist to rule out any fractures and then carefully repaired a laceration I had. I felt reassured the entire time because the doctor explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The staff was attentive and the facility was spotless and modern, which added to my confidence in the care I received. The whole visit was efficient! I got the treatment I needed without feeling rushed. I left feeling truly cared for and grateful. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of immediate, compassionate medical attention. A true 5-star experience!

I went to Urgent Care due to a blood pressure issue. It had been running high for a few days and I was very concerned. Once Christy took me to a room, I immediately felt at ease. She was so personable and she told me not to worry because she was going to wait a bit before taking my bp. Our conversation distracted me somewhat and I felt more at ease. So very sweet and compassionate. Once PA Jen came in, her demeanor also put me more at ease. She was very thorough in letting me know my results my tests taken. She prescribed medication and provided me with complete follow up instructions. I was more than pleased with my visit.

The medical team was thorough, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions. I was seen quickly and left with a clear treatment plan. Had a great experience with this urgent care for a wound requiring 7 stitches. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was in and in about an hour total. The PA who stitched me up was excellent. Thank you guys for such great care!

My visit was rushed with the doctor barely examining me. Even though I was the only patient in the office, the doctor seemed distracted and wanted me moved along as quickly as possible. I left the office without any paperwork or visit summary. The kicker was when I got the bill and in addition to the exam, they charged me for tests they did not complete. (They never took any samples, so it was impossible for them to complete the tests.) I went in to talk to the office about it, and was assured that the charges for the services they never performed would be taken off my bill. Instead, I see they just charged my credit card for the full amount. Unprofessional service + fake charges. I recommend avoiding this urgent care.

I've never been treated so poorly. Went in for a infection that won't respond to the antibiotic I was prescribed. The medical assistant took it upon herself to administer an STD test without my knowledge or consent. She goes through a long list of symptoms. I mention I've had heart palpitations A few days ago, but that usually happens after I encounter an allergy, and that its not a concern. She says with a huge attitude "Well I've seen much worse than this" She then administers an EKG without any communication of what is happening, and without my consent. The Doctor finally comes and sees me for a total of 2 minutes and gives me a prescription to see a cardiologist, and asks if i need anything else... I came in for bladder pain. I had no idea medical assistants were allowed to practice medicine, but apparently at this place it is acceptable. I was a patient for a broken finger last year, and was treated with the upmost respect, won't be returning.

I was on my way to the airport, was having acute pain in my lower abdomen. Went there in great pain, with very little time to make my plane, and they diagnosed my condition quickly. I had a bladder infection, got prescription & pain meds and made it to airport on time! Great fast service & very competent team.

Walked in first thing on a Saturday. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Exam was quick and thorough. Great experience, will make Live my new go to urgent care facility.

The receptionist and the person who took my medical history and Bo were very nice and efficient. The Physician’s assistant was in a rush , didn’t talk to me at all except to say that she was giving me 2 injections without even talking to me or examining me at all. I would never go back there.
