We hired LivCo to design and build an addition on our 1960s tri-level home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, their design phase stood out—it was creative, thoughtful, and unlike anything we’d seen from other contractors. They really took the time to understand our home and our goals.
The on-site team was fantastic: organized, timely, and communicative throughout the entire process. We always felt informed and supported. The design team was equally impressive, working closely with us to create a space that flows beautifully with the original structure. The transition between old and new feels seamless.
Overall, we highly recommend LivCo to anyone looking for a design-forward, professional, and reliable team. They truly delivered.

The whole team was great to work with. During design we were able to come up with some really cool plans to try and stay within out budget. The team was really good at providing advice when we were clueless and listening when we had a vision.
You get what you pay for and in this case Rob and the construction team were awesome. When we tell the story of Rob seeing the tile work and postponing several trades to get the tile guy back to fix a few tile cuts our friends can't believe we didn't have to at least pretend to argue to get it fixed.
