Oral Facial Examination :
Oral Facial Examination is very critical part of Speech therapy Assessment. Completing a thorough Oral-Facial Examination (OFE) help us as SLPs determine if the structure and function of speech mechanism (tongue, jaw, throat, palette, teeth, etc) are normal /complete, how they relate to sound production and to detect any dysfunction that may be result in issues like Articulation or swallowing etc.
