*Updated Post with photos and video evidence* I’m truly disappointed to see that instead of addressing my concerns professionally by reaching out to me to verify the details, Little Kickers has chosen to respond by making false claims. Stating that I was late and that staff and equipment were present on the field well past the class start time.
Let me be clear: I arrived at 9:30 a.m. sharp, which is the scheduled start time, and I left at 9:35 a.m. with no staff, no equipment, and no communication from your team visible anywhere. Fortunately, I have time-stamped video and photo evidence that clearly shows the field was completely empty during that window.
Before attempting to discredit a customer’s legitimate feedback, it would be wise for your team to gather accurate information from both sides. This response only further demonstrates a lack of accountability, poor management ethics, and a disappointing level of professionalism.
I stand by my original post and urge other parents to ask questions and hold this program accountable.
Class is fun, my little one enjoys attending.
However, I recently had a concerning issue that has left me very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from Little Kickers.
Per lil kickers policy "classes are held rain or shine unless otherwise communicated." To my surprise, I arrived at the location on a rainy day, no coach in sight. I sat in my vehicle waited for a few minutes no one came. I reached out to the office, office was closed on the weekend. Only option was to send an email. Email gets responded to the following Monday. Only to learn then, "the coaches were sitting in their vehicles", with no sign or anything to communicate this to paying customers. I find this behaviour entirely unacceptable for a children’s program.
When I raised my concern, I was told this is acceptable protocol and that no compensation would be offered for the missed class. I find this behaviour unprofessional and lil kicker's response dismissive and troubling.
This dismissive response has left me questioning the safety, organization and value of this program. With these standards and practices being upheld I do not recommend this program to other families.
