We first determine if the recipient is in our service area, discuss your budget, and then you can purchase the GC. We will send you a certificate with date of purchase as well as the expiration date (90 days of purchase) and we will then schedule the estimate with the recipient to coordinate the cleaning once they receive their gift from you! Most homes take 3-4 hours to clean for regular maintenance cleanings.
