I used this business in 2021, 2022 and their service people would sometimes show up and not pump out the unit. Fast forward to 2023, now they send out text messages of when you are scheduled to be serviced and then once it's completed. It's November 2023 and I watched their guy look in my unit and not pump it. I emailed them about this and they said someome would come back out to pump it. They never came. Guess what...they came back out again the following week and did the same thing, looked in it and didn't pump it...DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, spend 20 bucks more elsewhere and get what you Pay for. I've got it all my security cameras..these people are ripping off many.

This is a 10/10 Porte John company, they always come when I need and they come out and clean weekly, I wouldn’t use anyone else they are amazing and I’d always recommend. Thanks for the amazing service

You will be told they service weekly, yet you'll be lucky to get service every 2. They have more excuses as to their inept service than a 5th grader explaining to their teacher what happened to their homework.

This place is a rip off charge you 78 dollars just put blue stuff in bowl . Didn’t clean stand up urinal didn’t spray inside.All caught on ring cam . If I could give 0 stars I would

Never on schedule for cleaning. Has gone over 2 weeks between cleaning our job site porta john.
