I had a Garage Door that was coming down to where the sensors were and then popping up and gave the company a call to set up a service visit. They sent an excellent tech out - Phil Collum - Who did a great job diagnosing the problem and explaining some issues with my Garage Door. At some point Iāll probably get a new Garage Door, and I would be happy to work with this company again.
Phil arrived at the end of the day and was later than expected, given his work on another jobā¦ Not complaining here, but Iām happy to say that I was kept in informed of when he would be coming with any change in the schedule.
Iāll recommend them!
