Lindsay was our realtor for a home we were wanting to make an offer on a week before we were leaving on a 2 1/2 month trip across the US in our RV. To say she went above what most realtors do because we’re not physically here is an understatement. Best advocate. Lindsay took lots of time answering questions and helped us with a few touches since the home was empty. She also took time to check on the house in turn with us since we weren’t local. I would recommend Lindsay..felt like family. You can’t go wrong having her work for you.

Our experience with Lindsay is a long one...too much to detail in this review. We chose her as our realtor after googling Benson realtors and reading her reviews. It was a good decision. After finding an older home we were interested in, it turned out there were more ups and downs in the negotiating/buying process than any of us could have foreseen. I think Lindsay would admit it was a challenge, but she was up to taking it on. She guided us through it all with patience, expertise and words of encouragement at just the right time, always keeping the process moving forward. We ended up buying a home we truly love. After renovating and finally moving in, we trusted Lindsay with listing our previous home. It was sold in 5 days with full price offer! Lindsay is accessible, knowledgeable, and has a good rapport with other realtors, which is an asset in negotiations. I can't imagine going through the stress of buying and selling without Lindsay in our corner. We have also found a friend for life!

I worked with Lindsey twice in the past 5 years. She help me buy the same home in 2019 that she helped me sell in 2024. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She was there anytime I called or emailed. She helped me navigate through a difficult decision with needing to sell fast or not. Luckily I came out on top working close with her than I would have if I went the selling fast option.
